During the ordering process you will be asked to choose your preferred shipping method.
The shipping costs depend on the delivery service you selected: Orders from Switzerland are delivered free of charge within 1-7 working days. The express 2-day service costs CHF 35.00, the standard overnight service CHF 60.00, the priority overnight service CHF 70.00 and the Saturday delivery service CHF 85.00.
Surcharges may apply for deliveries abroad.
To track your order, click the "Your Account" link at the top right of Ananda zurich's website. Log in and use the menu to track your order. If necessary, you can contact our customer service department from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. by phone on +41 76 592 88 56 or by e-mail under "Contact".
(1) If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your newly purchased Ananda product, you have the right to return the product at your own expense within 7 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the provisions of this section, without giving any reason.
(2) Please send an email to info@ananda-zurich.com with your order details and the reason for the return of the goods (we are always happy to receive feedback). After confirmation on our part, you will receive the delivery address and all other information.
(3) All items returned in this way will be checked upon receipt by us. Purchased products must be returned with the entire packaging material and the product description and must not show any traces of use. In this case, you will bear the costs for the return transport. A return will be refused if:
- Traces of use are visible.
- The product is returned without the original packaging and without a product description.
We will refund the full sales price. Customs duties, taxes and any shipping costs originally incurred will not be refunded.
(4) If the product shows quality defects or has not been ordered by you, Ananda will gladly reimburse the purchase price, the transport costs for the return, the duties and taxes incurred (to be proven by receipts) and the original shipping costs. The products will not be taken back if the products show traces of use, such as:
- Traces that are based on normal wear and tear
- Higher circumstances, e.g. natural disasters
- Traces of improper use
- Interventions by the buyer or third parties
- Extreme use or extreme influence by the user Customers.
The products can be returned to the address given in the delivery note in the sender field.
(5) If the product is lost during the return transport, no costs will be reimbursed. We recommend sending the product with a provider who offers Track & Trace.
